YOUR PROFILE

• Specialist in gynecology and obstetrics
• Ideally experience in egg collection and embryo transfer
• English and other foreign languages are an advantage
• Constant willingness to further medical education and training within and outside the practice
• Sense of responsibility and high social competence

The annual gross salary is € 80,000 for full-time employment and is correspondingly higher after individually creditable full-time services and experience. Sunday and holiday bonuses are compensated separately.

40 hours/week

Your tasks

• Assisting and caring for patients before and after gynecological procedures (IVF treatment and inseminations).
• Training of the patients regarding the handling of the stimulation drugs
• Blood sampling, insertion of intravenous catheters and patient care with infusion therapies
• Advice on the phone and by e-mail
• Administrative tasks (ordering, e-mails, scheduling appointments, IVF funds,...)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed professional training according to GuKG
• Registration in the health care register
• EDV - user knowledge
• Politeness and well-groomed appearance
• Empathy and high customer orientation (discretion, accuracy)
• Ability to work independently and on one's own responsibility
• Team player, organizational talent
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Practical previous experience in everyday work as DGKS/DGKP is an advantage

IVF Lab | Full Time

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Theoretical knowledge of human reproductive medicine topics.
• University degree (BSc. or completed professional training)
• Practical experience in IVF laboratory an advantage

YOUR TASK:

• Egg search
• IVF/ICSI
• Embryo transfer
• Cryopreservation and thawing of sperm, eggs and embryos
• Spermiograms and semen preparation
• Preimplantation diagnostics
• Participation in quality management
• Ordering

Part-time (25h/week) - Full-time (40h/week

YOUR TASK AREA:

• General assistance (making appointments by phone and in person, entering data into our IVF software, preparing invoices, correspondence).
• Reception of our patients
• Careful keeping and administration of files and appointments
• Support during information evenings

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Training as an ordination assistant/medical administrative assistant or commercial training.
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Good knowledge of office programs
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Confident and friendly appearance
• Ability to work in a team, empathy
• Professional experience is an advantage
